Buckhead Complex Planned For Post Properties
According to a recent report in the AJC, Post Alexander, which began leasing last month, includes 307 units with 30 floor plans ranging from 670 to 1,549 square feet. Monthly rental rates start at $1,095 and top out at $2,645. Post Alexander is at 3410 Alexander Road, within walking distance from shopping malls, restaurants and offices.
Each unit features 9- to 10-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets and balconies. The complex has a swimming pool, fitness center and Internet cafe. The parking deck has an environmentally friendly green room that doubles as a gathering area for residents.
Post Properties’ last new product in Atlanta was Post Biltmore, which opened in Midtown in 2001.
