Medical Offices Planned For North Fulton

According to a recent article in the AJC, Trammell Crow, in partnership with MetLife, has begun construction on a planned 18-acre medical campus that’s designed for high-end, speciality physicians who serve north Fulton County.

Woodlands Park expects to serve the boutique medical community evolving at Emory Johns Creek Hospital, in Johns Creek where the average household income is $150,000. Weight loss surgery is one of the services the hospital advertises on its Web page. Other specialties include a birthing center, oncology and neurology.

Since the hospital opened in February 2007, it reports having admitted nearly 3,000 people and providing nearly 8,100 outpatient visits.

The first building at Woodlands Park is to be a 100,000 square foot medical office building.
