More Condos For Midtown

According to a recent report in the AJC, Viewpoint, the new condominium building on Peachtree Street in Midtown, will have its grand opening June 26 at 6 p.m.   Construction of the Viewpoint community began in summer 2006.

The 36-story building, between Sixth and Seventh streets, contains 378 units and 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Developers of the new complex are The Novare Group and Loudermilk/Rohrig.
