Old Fourth Ward to Get Retail Expansion

According to a recent report in the AJC, the owners of Studioplex, a live-work loft community carved out of a century-old cotton warehouse in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, is adding more than 9,000 square feet of retail space. The development, which features 112 residences and 18 offices, is about 80 percent sold.

Mixed-Use Project In North Fulton To Begin This Summer

According to a report in the AJC, Construction is to begin this summer on a mixed-use project in the Crabapple community of north Fulton County.  According to the developer, John Adams of Lodestone Development. the project took nearly a year to win approval from city officials with Milton.
