Presidential Endorsement
Good news from the Sierra Club. In an e-letter Executive Director Carl Pope announced on Friday, while he was visiting Cleveland, that the Sierra Club and the United Steel Workers Union had joined together to endorse a presidential candidate.

I received a copy of a “clean energy” fund-raising letter that Carl Pope, Executive Director of the Sierra Club e-broadcast on June 13. The Sierra Club supports the “Consumer-First Energy Act of 2008″ (S. 3044).
