Last week the Gwinnett Board of Commissioners voted 5-0 to deny a Special Use Permit to a Conservation Subdivision proposed on Oleander Drive and the Yellow River. The Gwinnett County Planning Department staff recommended approval. The Planning Commission recommended denial with two commissioners opposing the majority.
