Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Dirt-E items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange or for online store credit.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at returns@dirt-e.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other, and mail your return the following address:

How We Do It
Free Shipping only applies to customers located in UK.
There is a 48 hour processing time on all orders that does not include weekend days.
Once the order is shipped, delivery can take 6-8 business days.
If the item qualifies for Free Shipping, you will see it noted next to the item.
Free Shipping does not apply when alternate UPS or other Delivery Methods are selected.
Items will not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
If an item qualifies for Free Shipping but your order also contains other ineligible items, you will be charged for shipping on the items that are not eligible.
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing the shipping address, speed, or preference might affect the order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
Excludes items that do not include the statement "Free Shipping" next to the price.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time
